School Hours:  9am - 3.15pm

Term Dates 2022

Term 1: First day of term 1 for students - Mon 31st Jan 

Term 2: 26th April to 24th June

Term 3: 11th July to 16th September

Term 4: 3rd October to 20th December

* Prep students do not attend school on any Wednesday during February


Attendance

Once your child is enrolled, they are required to  attend school until they are 15 years of age.  They are expected to be at school on time for each school day, unless they are sick.  

If children are absent, the school's office must  be notified via Xuno, in writing or by phone, stating the reason for their absence.

 Research indicates that a child who is absent for  more than 10 days in any school year is at educational risk. 
At Ballan we believe in the philosophy that it is not OK to be away!
  
Early Departures And Late Arrivals:

When you pick your child up  early they need to be signed out at the office.  The book also needs to be completed if your child returns to school or arrives late at  school.
